Handbook for the use of FRAM
Center for Quality and professor Erik Hollnagel are currently developing FRAM as a method to be used for analyzing everyday work and its outcomes in complex sociotechnic systems such as the health services.
In Denmark and internationally, the use of the method is increasing – and so are the demands for qualified textbooks as guidance, when you want to use the method for practical purposes.
Center for Quality has now published the FRAM handbook. The purpose of the handbook is to provide practical guidance in the use of the FRAM method.
